Can we use gamification to create or grow a company culture? For sure we can! I've been testing the impact of gamification on company culture over the last 4 years. We have even created our own product called OGAMIFY, that allows us to test various gamification technics and their impact on the team.
Company culture goes through tough times currently. Remote work adoptation helps on one end, but causes a lot of long-term issues on the other.
